Migrate Operator SDK and set up Goreleaser #12

Migrates project structure to Operator SDK v1.0.0
Remove vendored files
Change PropagationPolicy of DeleteItems to Background instead of Orphan
Add integration test suite with GinkGo and envtest (like K8s fake client, but more sophisticated with an actual server)
Add CI/CD workflows to automate linting, testing & building, releasing with goreleaser

Is there a misconfiguration on my machine or the tests are not running properly?

You need to run make integration_test, there are additional binaries and setup steps necessary to run the tests, which are automated in the make target.

LGTM. We need to make sure to add another test regarding the security issue we talked.
