Fix for Travis CI.

The new version of PlatformIO ( issued by platformio upgrade in .travis.yml ) is dependent on Python 3

Python errors fixed. Now, ( uno_pic32 (platform: microchippic32; board: uno_pic32; framework: arduino) ) This platform/board seems to fail. I would request contributors to check the issue in the build and update the travis file accordingly.
