Support private blynk server/port, and support Issue #22 #25

Adds support for providing a different blynk server / port.

Thank you for your contribution! However I envision these features a bit differently, and already started working on this. I'm not sure everything will fall into 0.2.0, but it is in the works!

Will be glad to see you future PRs.
