Option to change the color of "Needs work" translations #808

Currently, the color of "Needs work" strings is orange, which can be hard to read, depending on display and configuration.

Add the option to change the color of "Needs work" string items from orange to Custom.

I am not interested in adding a bazillion settings for every single little decision made. You're welcome to contribute a PR that e.g. improves things in high-contract themes, though.
