Please correct Uyghur language pluralforms for Poedit to:

nplurals=1; plural=0;

Please correct Uyghur language pluralforms for Poedit to:

The plural forms expression comes from CLDR and as far as I could determine, it is correct. If you have authoritative source that says otherwise and explains it in English, please provide it.

Translations are managed at Crowdin, as explained in the README file.
