[BUG] Drag n' Drop Doesn't Work #468

The drag n' drop feature for outliner no longer works. I can't drag and drop items in a bulleted list. I'm currently using Obsidian version 1.4.3 (insider build) and my installer version is 1.2.8. I'm also using Obsidian on MacOS Ventura 13.4.1. The plugin version I'm using is 4.8.0.

I just saw that someone already caught this bug in version 4.7.1, so this issue should be removed.
