A change is not saved, if the window is closed quickly

Whether the change is a new tab, closing a tab, setting a different URL of a tab.

If the change is done and the window is immediately closed, it's not restored after reopening the workspace.

The interval for syncing changes in a window has been set to 200 ms. That should be fast enough.
