Warping of images

Hello,

Thanks for designing this really exciting package. I have come across one very large issue though. After completing the analysis and loading step 6, I can see the program has warped the coronal images beyond all recognition in some places and after comparing to manual counting, it has become apparent that the warping is so severe that the program designates the location of cells incorrectly. Is this something you are aware of as being an issue?

One of the possible issue is that software cannot warp the image in right AP direction because too many images are stacked inside small AP distance.
