This issue is a work in progress, I'll be adding more as I work this week.

[x] Action item: set up billing alerts!
[x] Lab email to direct orders to (or should I just forward if something comes in?)
[x] For larger email quota, would make sense to use SendGrid (does the lab have an email?)
[x] What do you want the dashboard to look like (see here) for inspiration, or just browse the webs for dashboards that you like. Or maybe something entirely different? #3
[x] Keoni - do you want to be added as a maintainer for freegenes on conda (I'd like to add you)
[x] What are the more complex API interactions to implement? (e.g., adding and printing labels for new plates?)

Update to the above - we have a lab sendgrid (and just need to discuss interactions) and the request is in to make Marc a sub-billing id for him to create billing alerts. Keoni has been added as a maintainer.

For the dashboard, I refactored it so that it's more compact (and an admin or logged in user can more readily see orders). I also added a link to Browse and view the map at the top, so the Dashboard is actually useful :)

The map was indeed hidden behind a login required, that has been removed.

Will open sendgrid in another issue, we have at least discussed all these points and can move forward.
