The Pull Request consists of the following changes -

  1. Added a new version of ArgoCD Operator Supervisor Service - v0.12.0
  2. Added a corresponding values.yaml file for the new ArgoCD Operator
  3. Fixed the experimental Supervisor Services example file's broken download links.
  4. Updated Readme.MD to reflect the new version of the ArgoCD Operator.
