Missing vSphere support statements for Supervisor Services #9

It would be very helpful if the supported vSphere versions for the respective Supervisor Services are documented on the Catalog main page.

Something like this:

Supervisor Service vSphere 7 vSphere 8
Velero ✅ ✅
Contour ❌ ✅
Harbor ❌ ✅

This comment in issue #8 raised the intention for this issue.
