Cannot enable / no response from keybinds #1

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this mod to work. I've tried everything stated in your instructions, but I am getting no response from the keybinds. The only thing this seems to do for me is make the game crash when I enter 'Photo Mode'. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

What version of the game are you attempting to run the mod with?

I'm using the newest 1.06.1

Does this maybe have something to do with the .toml file? the .dll cant seem to find it I think. Is there any particular trick to it I'm not seeing?
