Bookmarks in split mode are relative, so when split mode turned off a bookmark page number is doubled #948

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn "split pages" on
2. Create a bookmark on any page
3. Turn split mode off
4. Go to the bookmark

What is the expected output?
You'll go to the page you've bookmarked

What do you see instead?
You'll go to other page with doubled number (for ex. to p.200 instead of p.100)

What version of the product are you using?
2.2.4

On what operating system?
KitKat

What device are you using?
Samsung NotePro
