Removed references to AmigoCloud API and Javascript from map-view client

Added Google & ESRI map support, configurable in config.yaml file

map_provider: (GoogleV3|ESRI|Mapbox) -- AmigoCloud has been removed

Refactored GeoCoding to use Google with more proper namespaces
