Mapped Routes are off compared to basemap #139

At certain resolutions, replicable in browserstack, the map will be off:

Using Windows 7, Chrome version 59 (current) 1680x1050 - bug appears only slightly 1600x1200 - Bug does not appear. 1920x1080 - Bug appears

Also appears in MAC at 1920x1080 but not at 1600x1200

On a MAC, bug appears in Safari as well at 1920x1080, not at 1600x1200 nor 1280x1024 nor 1280x960 nor 1024 x 768.

It's weird - On my desktop - Windows 7 - Chrome - 1920 x 1080, the bug doesn't appear.

Bug Appears on Chrome 60, Windows 10, 1920 x 1080, consistent with Windows 7.
