Make sure route specifications is maintained in Trip Url

When a trip url is passed, the tripplanner should remember those specifications and populate accordingly.

What is failing currently:

• [x] Bike only trips are changed to Bike + Bus
• [x] Arrive time trips are being changed to Depart trips
• [x] Bike options are getting reset to Safe + Flat
• [x] Bike options bar is hidden on refresh when bike is highlighted.
• [x] Park and Ride is never added to the url bar and thus not remembered.
