Include a more-settings tab #72

Currently the trip routing settings are set so walkReluctance is 0, thus pushing users to walk more. We should add configuration so a user can choose to walk-less or bike-less, and thus get more possible options.

More advanced details could be included as well such as park and ride versus drive to transit. Or change bicycle to Bike Rent (people walk to a bicycle rental, rent a bike, then return the bike, and walk to your destination.

Analysis should be done first to see what the settings should be. Also working settings for the drive to transit option.
