Currently driving to transit is free. Maybe it shouldn't be. screen shot 2016-11-28 at 11 20 32 am

We could use IRS standard of .56 per mile and add that to costs or maybe an uber like fare of 1 dollar per mile http://uberestimate.com/prices/San-Francisco/
