Add support defaultInputValue #85

Hi,

Thank you for the library ! 
 I was wondering if you will be ok to add support for the prop defaultInputValue. 

I didn’t see any contributing guides, so let me know if I’ve done something wrong.

I am really sorry but right after the merge, I thought it will be useful to be consistent and support defaultMenuIsOpen as well. :/ I opened a new PR : https://github.com/vtaits/react-select-async-paginate/pull/86 if it's ok for you.
