Marup characters in product names should be escaped #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a product that has double quotes in the name
2. View it in the shop

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The double quotes in the product name are not escaped and produce HTML
parsing errors. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN, rev. 518

Please provide any additional information below.
Markup sensitive characters (quotes, ampersand, ...) in the product names
and description should be escaped.
