move useSimulation call from ProductSummaryPrice to the ProductSummary

What problem is this solving?

Currently, the price async is working only when the store is using the ProductSummaryPrice. This PR moves the useSimulation from the ProductSummaryPrice to the ProductSummary. This way, the price async will work in any situation.

After the publishing process has been completed (check #vtex-io-releases) and doing A/B tests with the new version, you can deploy your release by running:

vtex deploy vtex.product-summary@2.63.0
