Add Bulgarian and pseudo language #322

What is the purpose of this pull request? Add Bulgarian as new language and Bs as pseudo language in order to implement In Context, a translation tool that gives the translators more context, making it possible for them to translate in a test environment.

After the publishing process has been completed (check #vtex-io-releases) and doing A/B tests with the new version, you can deploy your release by running:

vtex deploy vtex.product-summary@2.77.0

After that your app will be updated on all accounts.
