Add German translations to make it available across Admin. #371

What problem is this solving?

This is part of a series of PRs in several apps to make German available accross the Admin. Tracked in task LOC-9843.

How to test it?

A test store with DE in the language switcher is available here.

Your PR has been merged! App is being published. :rocket: Version 2.81.0 → 2.82.0

After the publishing process has been completed (check #vtex-io-releases) and doing A/B tests with the new version, you can deploy your release by running:

vtex deploy vtex.product-summary@2.82.0

After that your app will be updated on all accounts.
