Update apps-graphql version #1080

What problem is this solving?

The 2.x version of apps-graphql is going to be deprecated, so we are updating here to the 3.x.

Your PR has been merged! App is being published. :rocket: Version 3.164.0 → 3.165.0

After the publishing process has been completed (check #vtex-io-releases) and doing A/B tests with the new version, you can deploy your release by running:

vtex deploy vtex.store-components@3.165.0

After that your app will be updated on all accounts.
