Product Quantity - Buttons (+/-) not working on desktop #688

Hello people! We present a problem with the 'product-summary-quantity' and 'product-quantity' components, specifically in the (+) button and (-) button, since it does not work in the desktop version but in the mobile version it does.

In fact in the Store Theme it also happens.

We tested on Google Chrome version 102.0.50 and Mozilla Firefox
