Add holidayHours query to logistics

What problem is this solving?

• Currently when retrieving the store information, there weren't any store hours for the holidays, this was added

How to test it?

• Using the GraphhQL IDE create a query using any store id
• Using it in a working workspace here

Hi @albertm805. Can you provide more info on how to test it? I got a blank page with the link provided in the PR description:

In order to test this feature @danzanzini you would need to add adjust one of the pickup points restrictions in that store. And it should bring back the Holiday information (restrictions)
