fix: codesandbox version error and enable debug generate flag

What's the purpose of this pull request?

This PR superseded the

• https://github.com/vtex/faststore/pull/2323

This PR aims to fix the generated version from codesandbox. Also, it enables more logs related to the generated schema since this gives more visibility to the devs.

• [x] Adds debug flag as default to generated command (gives more visibility to error from generated schema).
• [x] It adds some direct dependency.
• [x] Updates graphql-related libs version, e.g., graphql-tools/schema.
• [x] Removes the export of native schema from @faststore/core (that uses functions from faststore/api). It looks like we are not using it anymore, and it's directly bound to the root cause of the error.
• [x] Tested with API extensions, and it worked as expected.

Note that the last commits versions are green 🟢 for the codesandbox ci YAY 🙌
