Feat: Section override v2 `ProductDetailsSettings`

What's the purpose of this pull request?

This PR aims to enable the override of the ProductDetailsSettings component from ProductDetails section. This override has priority over the internal component's overrides (BuyButton, ProductPrice, QuantitySelector).
