fix(tabs): adjust design look and feel #1546

Summary

Small adjustments on the Tabs aesthetics for a modern and slick look and feel.

Visuals

The proposed visual is way better.

A11y

Regarding A11y, there are cases where only grayscale is available. The current implementation do not deals well on this scenario.

Current version

Its hard to identify the selected from the hovered Tab.
