feat(shoreline): Migrate components from scss to css #1623

Summary

The combination of split css files and the usage of sass was hiding several styling issues, that stylelint could not identify. For example:

This PR:

  1. Migrate all scss files do css.
  2. Join compound components folders into a single file.
