1 month ago I must say I have mixed feelings about the
light,medium,heavycontribution types. For example, opening a discussion could fit any category depending on the discussion itself. But let's see how it goes!
I agree, but the category is applied by the maintainer after the discussion is finished then it is up to the maintainer to label it in the best way

There is a change proposal in this document:
We've decided to categorize the contribution into three types defined in
beginner,intermediateandadvancedat first place. Here I proposed to change tolight,mediumandheavywhich does not give the impression that a specific seniority is necessary for each task.
