DatePicker and DateRangePicker aren't showing a clear button when they are filled when they should.
Expected behavior
When the DatePicker or DateRangePicker is filled, a clear button should appear beside the calendar button. Also, the calendar button should be Secondary. Both buttons should have use radius-1.

Tested filling the fields in the Shoreline website examples.
