To switch between the mobile Top Bar and the desktop Top Bar it's necessary to browse components.
It's unclear what Top Bar should be used in Tablet screen sizes.

Switching between mobile, desktop and tablet should be as easy as choosing a variant.

Page Header is also missing a variant for screens with widths between 379px and 559px
