language support: copy (text) and translations #15

we used Loco https://localise.biz/ in the passed with great success in case we decide for Loco,

  1. setup our project, decide for master language (probably English US or UK)
  2. add translators
  3. add keys for each piece of text, see mockup
  4. add all texts
  5. decide for target languages
  6. translators start translations
