added Mojolicious 1.4 compatibility #23

Hi,

with Mojolicious 1.4 the passing of $self to plugin hooks was removed. All I did is that I removed the first parameter from those plugin hooks.

And I made the Markdown test skip, if Text::Markdown is not installed.
