Topic creation dialog has button "Save as draft" as alternative to "publish topic"
Edited topic text, title and tags being automatically send to sever in background and saved to drafts (with history, to avoid accidental deletion by cat on keyboard) every n minutes.
User menu has an item "my drafts" with a list of saved drafts.
Every draft may be opened, edited and published.
User may view draft changes history (diff ?) and restore draft to any of saved states.
