Integration with pgfplots #5

The code should be integrated with the pgfplots library.

Contributed by Christian Feuersänger & Stefan Pinnow, and updated the .tex files for displaying the colors at branch tikz_integration. Requires the unstable build of pgfplots, and the colorbrewer package should become part of that in due time.
