How is ERW data currently stored? json? csv? binary blobs?

From challenge requirements:

IMSMA compatible data will also be in a format familiar with any professional international NGO or commercial company working in mine and ERW remediation. The data may also be designed to be compatible with, or linked to, a mine and WERW database.
