Reach out to organizers for suggested regions to focus on #23

As demonstrated in issues #12 and #20, we don't really know what regions to focus on, and how we should go about evaluating if we should focus on a region.

I propose we reach out to the organizers and ask:

@DouglasSherk: Please review these questions and leave some feedback. Are there any other questions you think we could ask?

If we are okay with these questions I will reach out to the organizers both through Challenge Post discussions and their work emails (assuming I can do enough internet stalking). I want to reach out through both channels since I don't want to risk our questions not being seen due to inactively on the discussion boards.

These questions are answered very subjectively and are thus less likely to get a good answer, since as the judges and organizers they shouldn't be throwing their opinions around. We can try asking the questions you listed too, but I think these ones are more likely to get a useful response:

It's surprising that their discussion board has no posts. O.o I agree with your methods of communicating with them.

I like the revised questions. I'll go ahead and ask them now on the discussion board. I'll leave the emailing for sometime in the week so they don't disappear over the weekend.
