How are ERWs currently reported in our target countries?

From the challenge requirements:

The data recorded should be designed to allow easy entry into IMSMA (Integrated Management System for Mine Action) which is the most commonly used management system in MACs around the world.

It looks like there is an existing system called IMSMA we should look into. This system is mentioned in issue #5.
