Make Name Language default to English instead of Native #846

Currently, the Name Language is set to Native, i.e. English-speaking members' names appear in Roman alphabet and Japanese names in kana. I would suggest that, for English-speaking users, it makes more sense to have English as default, as most people can't read kanji.
