Stream viewer counts are missing #848

Recently, for all streams, view count is unavailable. This affects both Twitch and YouTube streams.

There are also YouTube streams currently airing which are incorrectly listed on the Scheduled page instead of the Live page. Kyo Kaneko's graduation stream, for example, at time of writing.
