Distribute GP using the party sheet #45

I will leave here some suggestions for tools, which could greatly help the table DM. It comes from another VTT called Fantasy Grounds. Even though it is dated due to backward compatibility, it has great automation and interesting tools. If we can implement any of these functions, it would be of great help in managing rewards.

They are

Fantasy Grounds

Party Sheet

Fantasy Grounds-Party_Sheet It allows you to control all rewards that go to the characters, from: XP monster life, encounters, and quests. Inventory and your treasures in gold or items. Order marching (PS. We can use the Scenes for that.). Main, which allows you to view the group's data or ask for tests. PS. This tab is missing in the OSE version.

Parcels

image Used to store everything related to a reward, which can be found in a room. PS. It would be interesting to be able to drag such rewards from a journal, directly to the distribution tool, to send them to the character's sheet. Allowing to split the gold using percentage between the players, or select where the items go. PS. We can use the Journal for that.

Encounters

image Like Parcels, this tool is responsible for preparing a combat encounter. It can be used in rooms with fixed monsters. PS. We can use the Journal for that.

What I think is possible to do the Party Overview

Here is a rough idea of how it would work, the existing main screen would be used to define who would receive the benefits. What already works with XP currently, now is how we add the coin distribution, since there are some.

And in relation to the treasure, if there was a way to pull and drag the items to the icons of the characters that are in the main screen. This would be cool, but like the XP coming from the monster, the quantity per item can be different, which requires opening a dialog box to get the quantity.

The parcel concept may be underused as most DMs will roll for treasure after the encounter (assuming the party wins), its only really useful if the DM prepares the treasure hoard, or have I got this wrong?

That's kind of the idea, it's something that can be put to good use in ready-made adventures, like Barrowmaze. As well as for masters who prefer to prepare the encounter and loot in advance.

As with your other issue, this is multiple suggestions in one, which means it can't be tracked effectively. I'm going to break this one up into multiple requests just like the other one so that these can be tracked. Follow the links to track each request.

I will not be making a new issue for the encounters sheet suggestion. The existing combat tab does this exact functionality already. Just press the + button again to make more encounters, using the arrow buttons to jump between them.

I may add to this for gold distribution make sure to have the standard shares values for retainers so that doesnt get screwed up. That math can get a bit complicated as they can get 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and 100% share of treasure.

I would imagine it would go under tweaks like xp share does.
