Attack Bonus Bugged #518

What happened?

  1. Create actor with DEX 13 (AAC 11)
  2. Create or drag in any monster that attacks with an attack bonus
  3. Attack repeatedly.
  4. See that some of the attacks reading to chat should not be hitting to show damage infliction image

What is the expected behaviour?

The attack should only hit when the hit result is higher than or equal to the AC of the target.

Relevant Errors and Warnings

No error appears to populate.
