Initiative Bonus is Ignored #539

What happened?

Repro:

  1. Ensure individual initiative is activated in the settings.
  2. Create a scene and a character with a high dexterity score
  3. Make note of the initiative bonus
  4. add a token for the character to the scene and click the add to combat button on the token
  5. Go to the initiative tab and start the combat.
  6. Proceed to the first combat turn. Initiative should roll.

What is the expected behaviour?

Observed: Resulting initiative for the combatant matches the die roll Expected: Resulting initiative for the combatant matches sum of the die roll and the combatant's initiative bonus.

None detected.
