The title is: Exercise - Bandwidth, Frequency, and Gain; which is reflected in the filename: exercise_bw_fc_gn.html
But the order of the sliders is: Frequency, Bandwidth, Gain.
Either the title/header and filename should be changed or the order of the sliders should be changed.
This is the kind of thing that makes coding harder than it needs to be. This is easy to fix and a test of this Issues thingy.
