Apparently you can select Antarctica to be inn your alliance but can't measure distance to it (since there's no capital). So should we include it regardless?
A way to counter the Antarctica movement thing: it can be a 'freebie' place, i.e it can be used as an intermediate stop for your other movement but will delay the transfer.
e.g say you're out of movements and need to transfer something from Russia to Argentina.
Without movements you can use Antarctica as a temporary stop, but will cost you a round before the advantage card is delivered, i.e the card you're moving won't be with Argentina until the second round.
In hindsight I don't know if we need this if we're starting off with heaps of movements beforehand. Although if there will be a lot of rounds for the big countries I guess there's a chance you'll run out of movements after awhile...
