Ask Surf/UU for their installation docs #34

We'd like to be able to create a test environment as similar as possible to the setup at Surf.

I'm trying with the ansible scripts in https://github.com/UtrechtUniversity/yoda, works great for a development environment, but I am struggling with 1.6 (or maybe that's not possible yet?)

We can now spin up a dev environment on Research Cloud, this seems sufficient.
