Monitoring dashboard

SURF has delivered a prototype of a Yoda dashboard. Looks like it's build with elastic search and Grafana.

Use this issue to register test results and functionality requests for SURF. _About the expected feedback: we are interested to know if the available metrics are useful for you and what is missing, both in terms of presentation (the information that you need is there, but you would like to visualize it in a different way) and in terms of content (certain pieces of information are missing). In this last case, if you think that some metrics are missing, it would be helpful if you can group what is missing in at least two categories: "must have", "nice to have".

The current view includes everything, so you can see it as the YODA administrator view. As discussed, it is possible to define different views containing only a sub-set of that information and assign permissions to specific "teams" reflecting the YODA roles and groups._

Questions:

• What does total space used by replicas mean, are those Yoda revisions or resource replications?
• What is total collection metadata coverage?
• Is "Offline" where you would see data in tape storage?

Nice-to-have

• Pre-configured dashboard per Yoda category.
• Only show top-level stats for groups with data classification "Sensitive" or "Critical"

Required:

• Direct access to the dashboard data so we can create stuff like our own custom reports (for example for financial matters).
• Ability to configure our own dashboards.
• Clear list of storage usage per Yoda group. These are the top level collection "research-" and "vault-".
• Offline/online storage usage per group.
• Drill-down per collection. As a datamanager you would like to see which folders are growing when you are concerned about the size of a specific project.
