Icon files not visible in IE7/IE8 #15

Tested using IE8 on Vista 64
Tested using IE7 on Vista 64

The .ico images are not displaying at all, as CSS backgrounds or when 
acccessed directly.

Confirmed at http://sourceforge.net/account/login.php as well as 
http://openid-selector.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/demo.html.

theoretically this should work, because these are favicon.ico files saved from 
different websites. If web browser displays favicon, it should support .ico 
files in img tag.
I just tested on XP in IE8, Chrome and Safari and all display, though every 
browser displays it little bit differently. 
so _sm.gif approach from SourceForge would be better
